Powder on Powder

Standard primer + topcoat application for corrosion protection consists of 4 main stages.

  • Primer application
  • Primer curing
  • Topcoat application
  • Final coat curing

With the powder-on-powder application series, the topcoat is applied directly on the primer without an intermediate step in the oven. Curing is done in one go.

Technical Details

Since a single curing process is performed with RXCOAT-ON technology, energy consumption and application time will decrease and productivity will increase.
