Galvanised-Cast – Porous Metal Surfaces
RXCOAT-OG Series has been developed especially for problematic surfaces such as cast aluminium and galvanised steel. One of the most critical problems in powder coating application on such surfaces is pitting. Because these punctures that occur on the surface and go up to the metal cause problems such as corrosion, especially in humid environments.
The main source of pinholes on the surface is the air trapped during curing. RXCOAT-OG Series facilitates the exit of gas and moisture originating from perforated materials during curing.
